What are your current COVID-19 Policies?

We do not require masks to be worn on the coach. If you are taking a trip, we ask that you bring a mask with you just in case a business we visit does require it.

If you are traveling with us to Canada or Internationally, please see our tour policies for guidelines and requirements for entry. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in travel or for being declined entry to another country.

We do work with other Tour Operator Partners (TOP) and some do require proof of vaccination. If you have questions on a Tour Operator Partner (TOP) trip, please call our office at (414) 867-2727.

What are your seating policies?

Casino Day Trips & Mini-Vacations: Groups of 6 or more if requesting to sit together, seats will be reserved in the rear of the coach. Individuals with mobility issues or requesting handicapped seating will have seats reserved in the front of the coach. Anyone requesting handicapped seating will be the last to get off the coach at a stop so they can take their time getting off the coach and not feel rushed. All other seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The per person fee allows you one seat on the coach. If you are a single traveler and the coach is full, you may be asked to sit with another person. If you would prefer to have 1 row (2 seats) for yourself, we may be able to arrange that for a cost.

Daycations: Groups that are requesting to sit together will be assigned seats together. Individuals with mobility issues or requesting handicapped seating will have seats reserved in the front of the coach. Anyone requesting handicapped seating will be the last to get off the coach at a stop so they can take their time getting off the coach and not feel rushed. Extended Vacations: At this time we are not assigning seats unless it is a group of 6 or more traveling together. Currently due to COVID we are not rotating seats. If things progress in a positive way with COVID, we may reinstate the seat rotation on the coach. If you do not wish to rotate seats, we will assign you seats in the rear of the coach and you will not have to rotate seats during the trip. Individuals with mobility issues or requesting handicapped seating will have seats reserved in the front of the coach. Anyone requesting handicapped seating will be the last to get off the coach at a stop so they can take their time getting off the coach and not feel rushed.
